Job Summary
Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services including direct patient care for medical gas and breathing therapy modalities, supervising breathing treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support meaningful recovery; collaborate with a motivated team and leverage cutting-edge equipment to deliver compassionate, evidence-based respiratory care; role involves guiding the care team, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering patient rehabilitation within an inpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
