Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient setting, directing patient assessments, breathing treatments, and care plans; mentor staff, ensure quality patient care, and oversee therapy modalities and use of medical gas equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
