Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Provide direct care to patients through medical gas and breathing therapy modalities, supervise breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support rehabilitation and positive outcomes. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery in a hospital-based respiratory therapy program. Collaborate with a team to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care and patient-centered goals.
