Job Summary
Lead and supervise respiratory therapy care for inpatients, including conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, overseeing breathing treatments and medication administration, ensuring compliance with licensure and CPR/ACLS requirements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
