Job Summary
Lead respiratory therapy services in inpatient rehabilitation; supervise breathing treatments and patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Provide direct care using medical gas and breathing therapy modalities, build relationships with patients, and contribute to recovery outcomes. Requires active Respiratory Therapy state license and CPR certification; ACLS preferred; associate degree or higher and prior hospital/ supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
