Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor responsible for guiding inpatient respiratory care, supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality respiratory therapy, building relationships with patients, and supervising staff to facilitate patient rehabilitation and well-being. Requires state licensure in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification; ACLS preferred; Associate's degree or higher in respiratory therapy; prior hospital experience and supervisory/management experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
