Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor responsible for supervising respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, guiding patient assessments and care plans, delivering breathing treatments and medical gas therapies, and leading a team to ensure compassionate, effective patient care. Requires state licensure in Respiratory Therapy, CPR certification, and an associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy, with preferred ACLS certification and prior supervision/management experience to oversee staff and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients in rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
