Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, guiding patients through respiratory care, breathing treatments, and related therapy modalities. Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support successful recovery. Provide direct patient care including medical gas administration and medication, while building meaningful patient relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment. Requires a Current State License in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred; an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program is required, with two years of hospital experience and supervisory/management experience preferred.
