Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor overseeing inpatient respiratory care services at Encompass Health. Lead care through supervising breathing treatments, clinical assessments, and creation of personalized care plans to drive patient recovery. Utilize respiratory therapy modalities and medical gas delivery to support patient rehabilitation, while building relationships with patients to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Requires a state license in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred. Associate's degree or higher in respiratory therapy and prior hospital experience with supervisory/management involvement preferred.
