Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor responsible for guiding patient care in respiratory therapy, supervising breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support rehabilitation. Supervises care delivery, utilizes respiratory therapy modalities and medical gas therapies, and fosters compassionate, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold a state license in respiratory therapy and CPR certification; ACLS preferred and supervisory/management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
