Job Summary
Lead respiratory therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting: supervise breathing treatments, assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and deliver direct care using medical gas and breathing therapy modalities. Build strong relationships with patients to support recovery, guide the care team, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Requires state licensure in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred; Associate's degree or higher in respiratory therapy; two years hospital experience and supervisory/management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
