Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services for inpatients, directing patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and overseeing breathing treatments and therapies. Provide direct patient care in respiratory modalities and medications, while building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery. Proven leadership in supervising care, coordinating therapy modalities, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy (preferred)
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
