Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Oversee respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervise breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, develop care plans, and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and utilize cutting-edge equipment within a collaborative team. Requires a state license in respiratory therapy, CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred; an associate degree or higher and hospital experience; supervisory/management experience is preferred. This role emphasizes direct patient care, therapy modality administration, and team leadership within Encompass Health's respiratory care program.
