Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor role overseeing breathing treatments and patient assessments for inpatient rehabilitation patients. Provides direct patient care with medical gas and respiratory therapy modalities, guides care by supervising staff, creates personalized care plans, tracks patient concerns and outcomes, and supports patient rehabilitation. Builds strong patient relationships and ensures a positive recovery trajectory. Requires a valid state Respiratory Therapy license and CPR; ACLS preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
