Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor at Encompass Health leads and supervises respiratory care for inpatients, guiding patients through breathing treatments, assessments, and personalized care plans. The role emphasizes direct patient care, collaboration with healthcare teams, and the use of respiratory modalities and medical gas to support patient recovery. Key responsibilities include supervising care delivery, conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and fostering patient and family engagement to achieve positive outcomes. Required qualifications include a current state license in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification, with ACLS preferred, and an Associate’s degree or higher in respiratory therapy; supervisory/management experience is also preferred.

- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
