Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor at Encompass Health overseeing inpatient respiratory care. Lead patient assessments, supervise breathing treatments, and develop personalized care plans to drive patient recovery. Provide direct patient care in medical gas and breathing therapy modalities while building meaningful relationships with patients and guiding a team to deliver compassionate, standardized care. Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ensure quality outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
