Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor responsible for supervising and guiding respiratory care for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Leads patient assessments, develops and implements personalized care plans, directs breathing treatments and medical gas therapy, and collaborates with a team to support patient rehabilitation and well-being. Requires state licensure, CPR certification, and an associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy; ACLS certification and prior supervisor/management experience are preferred. The role emphasizes direct patient care, leadership, and using advanced respiratory therapy modalities to drive positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
