Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Oversee direct patient care involving medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medications; guide patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and supervise breathing treatments while developing meaningful patient relationships to support recovery. Requires a state-licensed Respiratory Therapist, CPR certification; ACLS preferred. Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy and prior hospital experience are valued for leadership and team-management responsibilities.
