Job Summary
Directly supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, overseeing patient assessments, breathing treatments, and the development and execution of personalized care plans for respiratory therapy and medical gas administration. Lead and mentor staff, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and uphold high-quality, compliant patient care. Qualifications include a current state Respiratory Therapy license, CPR certification, an associate degree or higher, and two years of hospital experience with preferred supervisor/management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
