Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor leading inpatient respiratory care within a rehabilitative setting. Oversees direct patient care, breathing treatments, patient assessments, and the creation of personalized care plans while supervising the respiratory therapy team. Requires a state license in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred. Education requirement is an Associate’s degree or higher in respiratory therapy, with two years hospital experience and prior supervisory/management experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
