Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, provide direct patient care for medical gas and breathing therapies, develop care plans, assess patients, mentor staff, and ensure quality of care. Requires a current State License in Respiratory Therapy and CPR certification. ACLS certification is preferred; two years hospital respiratory therapy experience and supervisor/management experience are preferred. May include responsibilities such as leading patient assessments, coordinating care plans, and supporting professional development within the team. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is noted in the posting.
