Job Summary
Provide direct respiratory care leadership as a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, guiding patient assessments, care plans, and breathing treatments; supervise staff, develop personalized care plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; requires respiratory therapy licensure, CPR, and an associate’s degree or higher with preferred ACLS and prior supervisory/management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
