Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor leading inpatient respiratory care: supervise breathing treatments, guide patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans for rehabilitation patients using medical gas and respiratory modalities. Build relationships with patients to support recovery, oversee care delivery, and collaborate with a motivated team to drive compassionate, high-quality outcomes. Requires current state license in Respiratory Therapy and CPR; ACLS preferred. Associate’s degree or higher in respiratory therapy and prior hospital experience preferred for leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience (preferred)
- Supervisor or management experience (preferred)
