Respiratory Therapy Manager, FT Days - Windy Hill Hospital

Respiratory Therapy Manager assists the Director of Respiratory Care Services with clinical operations of the department, including budget preparation, long and short-term planning, process-improvement projects, staff development, program development, initiation of strategic plans, and performance-improvement monitoring. Responsible for customer service initiatives, maintaining positive relationships with medical staff, leadership in advancement of respiratory care, ensuring staffing levels and productivity align with budget, and supervising staff through department educational programs, policy development, and compliance with hospital standards. Leads committees, analyzes data for performance opportunities, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in disciplinary processes as needed. Works to promote growth of respiratory care services within the hospital and community and ensures delivery of high-quality care in an efficient and safe manner.
