Respiratory Therapy Educator - Clinical Education - Full-Time - DAYS

Coordinate orientation plans for healthcare providers by individualizing them based on experience levels and learning needs. Demonstrate effective teaching skills using varied instructional methods to present programs that meet the assessed learning needs of providers, patients, and the community. Evaluate program outcome effectiveness based on the relevance of educational materials and integrate evidence-based practice with regulatory standards. Develop and update educational materials and standards while participating in departmental quality improvement and performance improvement projects. Assess staff competence, document achievement, and assist with performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards including DNV, DOH, CAP, and CLIA. Pay range: $85,259.20 - $111,404.80. Requires BSRT or Bachelor's in Biological Science, RRT certification, and ACCS/NPS credentials.
