Respiratory Therapist

Manage the overall clinical, technical, and administrative functions for the Home Respiratory Therapist program, including equipment installation, patient assessments, and supply delivery. Conduct clinical contacts with physicians and healthcare practitioners while maintaining accurate records, charting, and inventory of all assets. Ensure vehicle maintenance meets accreditation standards and provide availability for patient contact and rotating on-call coverage. Oversee regulatory guidelines, train subordinate staff, and collaborate with office and clinical teams to promote services and ensure accurate billing. Work with referral sources to promote home respiratory therapist services while adhering to cost-containment policies.
