Job Summary
Manage ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management in a technologically complex clinical setting while providing top-of-scope direct patient care. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice, contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Precept new healthcare staff and lead clinical and process improvement projects across unit, division, or system levels. This full-time night shift role offers a three-year incentive bonus, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, 403(b) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- State licensure
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP within first year of hire and ongoing thereafter for all
