Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope respiratory therapy care in a direct patient environment, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care outcomes while prioritizing patient wellness and evidence-based practice. Precept new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality initiatives at the unit, division, or system level. This onsite night shift position requires an RRT with state licensure, ACLS, and NRP certification within six months. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- State licensure
- ACLS
- NRP
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- Card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card good through sixty days of hire
