Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care, including various imaging and radiologic procedures, while managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management in a technologically complex setting. Precept new staff on imaging protocols and contribute to clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level. Maintain a multidisciplinary team approach to ensure safety and quality at the point of care within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This full-time night shift role offers 13-week assignments with extension options for qualified Respiratory Therapists.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- One year of experience
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
