Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care. Precept new staff on imaging and radiologic procedures while contributing to clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level. Operate within a technologically complex clinical setting to ensure safety and quality at the point of care. This full-time night shift role includes a 72-hour pay period, $50/hour base pay plus travel stipend, and 13-week assignments with extension options. Candidates must hold an RRT certification, one year of experience, and current BLS/CPR credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- One year of experience
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
