Job Summary
Conduct thorough respiratory assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide appropriate treatments to residents with respiratory ailments. Manage and monitor ventilator-dependent residents, ensuring proper functioning and addressing complications promptly. Administer oxygen therapy as prescribed, monitor levels, and adjust therapy to maintain optimal respiratory function. Educate residents and families on conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Respond efficiently to respiratory emergencies and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team for immediate interventions. Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
