Job Summary
Administer and monitor Respiratory Care Services under the direction of the Respiratory Care Manager, including Chest Physical Therapy, airway management, mechanical ventilation, and patient education. Perform duties such as sputum induction, bronchoscopy assistance, and Pulmonary Function Testing while evaluating patients and implementing protocols. Maintain compliance with physician orders and ensure proper fit testing and TB screening. Schedule includes evening shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm with every third weekend and holiday rotations, including 8 and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must hold a Massachusetts license, a CRT credential, and a Respiratory Care degree.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved program for Respiratory Care
- CRT
- Valid license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Respiratory Care
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Every 3rd weekend, holiday rotation
Desired Qualifications

- One (1) year of acute and chronic respiratory care experience
