Job Summary
Educate patients on sleep apnea treatments, calibrate CPAP and BiPAP machines to prescribed settings, and fit patients with masks while guiding proper maintenance. Monitor machine usage, report compliance data to insurance providers, and serve as a liaison between patients and departments to ensure feedback is addressed. Build relationships with referral sources, represent the organization in the community, and act as the clinical leader setting standards for quality respiratory care. Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, balance independent work with collaboration, and complete required background checks, drug screenings, and healthcare exclusion list verifications. Join a supportive team focused on better sleep and health with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire
- DME experience with CPAP and BiPAP therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with webcam-based communication
- A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Healthcare exclusion list verification
