Respiratory Therapist - Sign On Bonus Available

RT Vent Field Clinician: provides respiratory patient care to Vent patients in various settings, performing ventilator-related assessments and treatments, documenting care accurately, coordinating with physicians and referrals, and ensuring smooth transitions to home care. Responsibilities include reviewing plans of treatment, conducting clinical assessments, providing education to patients and staff, handling equipment setup and maintenance, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines, participating in on-call coverage, and supporting program development and quality improvement. Requires an associate degree in respiratory care, an RT license valid in serviced states, CPR certification, at least one year of Vent experience, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to travel throughout the service area and lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential.
