Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Provide respiratory therapy services including assessing patient needs, monitoring oxygen saturation, managing ventilator patients, and performing decannulation or weaning procedures. Complete treatment checks, administer testing for clinical needs, and document all care in patient charts and TARs. Assist with regulatory compliance, equipment storage, and facility communications regarding clinical or operational issues. Resolve routine problems and communicate solutions to appropriate personnel. Work independently in a consulting capacity while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with staff.
