Job Summary
Conduct home visits to assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions, administering prescribed therapies such as oxygen, nebulizers, and CPAP/BiPAP. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, educate patients and families on equipment usage, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Provide emergency respiratory care as necessary while ensuring patient safety and proper equipment use. Maintain BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Flexible work hours available; weekends and evenings required. Valid RT license and certification (RRT or CRT) required. Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and certification (RRT or CRT)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to patients' homes
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical respiratory therapy
- Knowledge of respiratory diseases, treatments, and medical equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
