Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Respiratory Therapist provides diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, including ventilator management, aerosolized medications, CPT and IPV, ABG analysis, and airway support. Works closely with physicians, may operate in an ICU setting, performs CPR, and participates in quality improvement and patient-care activities. Requires RRT certification and NBRC registration, and Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Night shift with rotating schedule; sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and relocation assistance may be available. Includes responsibilities such as patient assessment, monitoring, life-support checks, and collaboration with care teams to ensure safe, effective respiratory care.
