RESPIRATORY THERAPIST RRT

Independently perform respiratory care procedures by interpreting physician orders, assessing patient needs, delivering prescribed therapy, and evaluating patient response. Execute invasive procedures with minimal supervision in patient care units and critical care areas while communicating care suggestions to the clinical team. Respond promptly to workload changes and adjust assignments to ensure optimal productivity, efficacy, and quality patient care. Requires current Kansas license, NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, and an associate degree in Respiratory Care with one year of experience.
