Respiratory Therapist - RRT

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific care plans, and document all activities in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes, and may serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Work in a high-acuity, critical care environment with a 36-hour schedule, earning $37.00–$49.80 per hour plus shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates relocating to the Chicago Metro Area.
