Respiratory Therapist RRT - Respiratory Therapy, Full Time, Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for pediatric patients, independently applying advanced clinical expertise to support ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep lab procedures. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory treatments while ensuring patient safety and complying with quality standards. Communicate effectively through documentation and handoffs, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory therapy treatments. Prioritize multiple duties and seek continuous learning opportunities. Full-time rotating schedule (6 weeks on days, 6 weeks on nights) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
