Job Summary
Conduct respiratory therapy services for patients with complex acuities on night shifts within the Rehab/Therapy/Sleep department. Deliver care utilizing advanced technologies and treatments while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Maintain Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and obtain state licensure within six months. Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as required or preferred. Work 18 hours weekly at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. Join a multi-institutional health care system serving communities in Illinois and Wisconsin with over 145 years of service.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or an Associate's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- License must be obtained within 6 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
