Respiratory Therapist - RRT

Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and reassess inpatient and outpatient patients of all ages according to physician orders. Perform respiratory care procedures, participate in Code Team and Rapid Response Team activities, and provide patient and family education. Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff while assisting with equipment inventory management, patient transport, and orientation of respiratory and nursing personnel. Contribute to quality improvement and departmental education initiatives. Requires current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license, RRT certification, and BLS certification. No call rotation with rotating holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license
- RRT or CRT certification through NBRC
- BLS certification
- NRP certification

- Previous Respiratory Therapy experience
- Previous patient care experience
- Flexibility with scheduling needs
