Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in an acute care hospital setting. Administer respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen, aerosol, airway management), implement patient-specific respiratory care plans, and document care in the EMR. May serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Requires State RCP license and NBRC RRT certification; HS diploma required with an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
