Job Summary
The Respiratory Therapist - RRT administers pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic respiratory care procedures per physician orders, conducts assessments, monitors responses, and implements treatment plans to ensure effective respiratory care, disease prevention, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient safety, collaboration with healthcare teams, ABG punctures, ventilator management, bedside procedures assistance, adherence to safety and infection control standards, equipment maintenance, PPE usage, and appropriate communication with peers, physicians, and leadership. Requires RRT certification and current BCLS/ACLS/PALS; NICU-specific STABLE/NRP credentials if applicable. Schedule is Full-Time with Evening shifts; opportunities include sign-on bonuses and loan repayment programs.
Required Qualifications
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation if NICUDepartment required
- STABLE - Neonatal Certification if NICUDepartment required
Desired Qualifications

- 1-3 years of respiratory experience in an acute care setting
