Respiratory Therapist - RRT

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP, and high-flow systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific care plans, and document all activities in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and may serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Work in a high-acuity critical care environment across all patient populations. This role requires an RRT license, current BCLS and ACLS, and relevant experience within a large healthcare system offering competitive pay and shift differentials.
