Deliver routine respiratory therapy as delegated, respond to codes and emergent calls, assess patient conditions, and administer appropriate treatments. Monitor, document, and communicate patient status while educating patients and families on illnesses and available community resources. Manage respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders, maintain equipment, and perform cleaning, sterilization, and preventive maintenance. Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and applicable policies; contribute to ongoing professional development and patient care within a high-pressure hospital setting.
