Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Care (Hiring Immediately)

Provide respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients by administering oxygen therapy, managing invasive and non-invasive ventilatory support, and responding to emergencies and critical events. Perform patient assessments, analyze diagnostic tests including arterial blood gases and pulmonary function studies, and maintain accurate documentation. Review physician orders, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans, and provide patient and family education on disease processes and treatment goals. Assemble and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, perform preventive maintenance on diagnostic machines, and mentor new respiratory therapists and students.
