Respiratory Therapist Reg

Administer respiratory care as ordered by the physician, document all required information, and assist during emergency bronchoscopy procedures. Intubate and manually ventilate patients during emergencies, extubate as directed, and perform weaning parameters and bedside spirometry. Provide and maintain patient airways, including suctioning and securing tubes, while performing arterial punctures and interpreting acid-base balance results. Operate oxygen delivery devices, ventilators, and monitors, and conduct daily preventive maintenance on blood analyzers. Respond to Code Blue situations, perform CPR, and provide in-service training to staff and families. Work full-time day shifts at CMC Support.
