Job Summary
Join New Bridge Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist, responsible for performing respiratory therapy procedures, including monitoring and maintenance of mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, and conducting cardiopulmonary assessments. This position requires effective communication skills, ability to educate patients and families, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. A current NJ license and CRT certification are mandatory, along with the completion of an AMA-approved program. The role offers a salary range of $45.00 to $48.00 per hour, with additional evening, night, and weekend differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
Desired Qualifications
- Current NJ license as Respiratory Therapist
- CRT certified by the NRBC
- BLS certification
- 1 year of critical care experience
