Job Summary
Performs respiratory therapy general and critical care procedures in ICU/critical care settings, including initiating and managing invasive and non-invasive ventilation, airway management, blood gas collection and analysis, documentation, and patient/family education. Maintains infection control and quality initiatives, communicates with the healthcare team, and provides accurate reports. Requires an Associate degree and applicable respiratory care licenses/certifications (RRT, BLS/NRP/PALS/ACLS); PRN Day shift; location Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner license (state-specific)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS
- NRP
- PALS
- ACLS
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
